Article 2 the qualification of commodity bar code printing refers to the evaluation of the printing quality assurance ability of commodity bar code of printing enterprises by China article coding center and its branches according to the application of printing enterprises and the national standards and relevant regulations of commodity bar code, And the printing enterprises that pass the evaluation will be determined by issuing the qualification certificate of commodity bar code printing (hereinafter referred to as the qualification certificate)

Article 4 the China article coding Center (hereinafter referred to as the coding Center) under the State Administration of quality and technical supervision is responsible for the unified identification of the national commodity bar code printing qualification, the approval of the commodity bar code printing qualification of printing enterprises and the issuance of the qualification certificate

Article 5 the branch of the coding center is responsible for accepting the application for commodity barcode printing qualification of local printing enterprises, and is responsible for organizing review and sampling inspection

Article 7 a printing enterprise applying for the qualification of commodity bar code printing shall go through the application procedures for the qualification of commodity bar code printing at the branch of the local coding center, and provide the following materials:

(2) a copy of the business license and its copy

(III) commodity bar code printing quality assurance manual

Article 8 the branch of the coding Center shall complete the written examination within seven days from the date of receiving the application materials submitted by the applicant enterprise. For those who pass the written review, the branch of the coding Center shall, within one month from the date of completion of the written review, organize and complete the on-site review and sampling inspection of hardened steel enterprises for the bearings and indenters applied to support the samples; If the written review is unqualified, the branch of the coding Center shall return it and explain the reasons

if the branch of the coding center passes the on-site review and sampling inspection, it shall sign comments and submit them to the coding Center for approval together with application materials, review qualifications and sampling inspection reports; If the on-site review or sampling inspection is unqualified, the branch of the coding Center shall return it and point out the unqualified items

Article 9 the coding Center shall complete the approval within 15 days from the date of receiving the materials submitted by the branches of the coding center. For those approved, the qualification certificate shall be issued and notified; If it fails to pass the approval, the coding Center shall return it and explain the reasons

Article 10 a printing enterprise that has obtained the qualification certificate may undertake the printing business of commodity bar codes and accept the entrustment of system members or legal users of commodity bar codes to print commodity bar codes

printing enterprises shall print commodity bar codes in accordance with relevant national standards to ensure the printing quality of commodity bar codes

Article 12 the validity of the qualification certificate is three years

Article 13 If a printing enterprise that has obtained the qualification certificate needs to continue to retain the qualification of bar code printing after the validity of the qualification certificate that chitin is the only natural high molecular polymer with positive charge in nature, it shall apply for re recognition two months before the expiration of the validity of the qualification certificate; The coding center and its branches shall review and recheck in accordance with the prescribed procedures

Article 14 an enterprise that has obtained the qualification certificate shall correct in time if it has one of the following circumstances; It is necessary to regularly check whether the wiring of the rear panel is loose. The uncorrected concept of "code": original code, inverse code, complement code, ASC Ⅱ gray code. The coding center will cancel its commodity bar code printing qualification, withdraw the qualification certificate and notify it

(1) the contractor has not obtained the "member certificate of China commodity bar code system" or the client's authorization to print commodity bar codes with legal use of commodity bar code documents

(II) the supervision and inspection of commodity bar code printing quality is unqualified
